Good health and well-being (UN SDG 3)
By awarding the OEKO-TEX® STeP certificate, we’re ensuring that all employees working in the textile supply chain can rely on safe workplaces, adequate hygiene and well-developed social security.
Gender equality (UN SDG 5)
Gender equality isn’t just something that we actively live and breathe in our company. We also stand up for these values when awarding OEKO-TEX® STeP and OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN.
Clean water and sanitation (UN SDG 6)
With OEKO-TEX® DETOX TO ZERO , we’re helping producers to monitor and optimise their chemical management operations and wastewater quality.
Reduced inequalities (UN SDG 10)
We are committed to ensuring that workers throughout the entire textile supply chain receive fair wages, work regulated hours and are treated equally – regardless of their skin colour, background, religion or sexual orientation.
Responsible consumption and production (UN SDG 12)
Our certificates and labels guarantee that eco-friendly production processes are implemented for the long term. Supply chains become transparent and traceable, right down to the smallest detail. We thus help consumers to start acting responsibly.
Climate action (UN SDG 13)
The last decade has been the warmest on record. With our company audits, certificates and labels, we help to minimise emissions in textile production and thus combat climate change and its impact.
Partnerships for the goals (UN SDG 17)
We cooperate with partners and other companies to harmonise sustainable standards and corresponding actions. We are involved in UN and OECD projects and support initiatives run by the ‘Partnership for Sustainable Textiles’ or the ZDHC.
